Assault
• At 7:54 p.m. Thursday, Ricardo Willard, 52, was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct in the 1900 block of Allen Court. Willard was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on $1,000 bail. Alcohol was involved.
Burglary
• At 8:24 a.m. Thursday, Juneau Police Department received a report of an attempted burglary to a downtown business in the 200 block of Front Street. Investigation continues.
• At 9:09 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of larceny from a building in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway, in Switzer Park. Investigation continues.
Child abuse/neglect
• At 5:38 p.m. Wednesday, JPD opened a confidential investigation into child abuse/neglect in the Juneau area.
• At 12:53 a.m. Friday, JPD opened an investigation into the welfare of a child in the Juneau area.
Disturbance
• At 8:59 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested Chris King, 26, for disorderly conduct and harassment in the 200 block of Front Street. King was taken to LCCC and held on $200 bail.
Domestic violence
• At 9:52 a.m. Friday, JPD opened an investigation into a report of domestic violence assault in the Juneau area.
Drug activity
• At 3:09 p.m. Wednesday, a 16-year-old male was taken to Juneau Youth Center for possession of marijuana on school grounds, in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue.
Fraud
• At 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, a woman reported fraudulent charges on her debit account that occurred earlier in April in the 200 block of Franklin Street.
Sex crime
• At 4:26 p.m. Thursday, JPD opened a confidential investigation into a sex crime in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved.
Theft
• At 10:52 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a theft that may have occurred at Bartlett Regional Hospital. Investigation continues.
Trespassing
• At 7:32 p.m. Wednesday, a 34-year-old male reported to JPD that a man returned to a business after being served a criminal trespass letter in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.
• At 12:31 p.m. Thursday, JPD pursued a report of trespass and criminal mischief to a property in the 9200 block of Hurlock Avenue.
• At 7:03 p.m. Thursday, Lee Andrew Johnson, 44, was arrested for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct in the 2500 block of Riverside Drive. Johnson was taken to and held at LCCC. Alcohol was involved.
Vandalism
• At 3:53 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of vandalism in the 5900 block of Churchill Way. Investigation continues.
