At 5:07 p.m. on Monday, a 14-year-old male reported to JPD as a runaway on Hurlock Avenue.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 8:30 a.m. on Monday, a 43-year-old male reported vandalism to his vehicle on Amalga Street.
