Conditions Violation

At 10:49 p.m. on Saturday, 28-year-old Mercitasher Marcelino and 24-year-old Brandon Garrison were cited and released for violating conditions of release.

Death Investigation

At 7:41 a.m. on Saturday, a 42-year-old male was found deceased. Foul play is not suspected and next of kin has been notified.

Domestic Dispute

At 7:19 p.m. on Saturday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into a reported assault on Nowell Avenue. Domestic violence was a factor.

Drug Activity

At 2:07 p.m. on Saturday, JPD created a case to document destruction of drugs.

At 3:57 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a disturbance on Glacier Highway.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 9:55 p.m. on Saturday, 50-year-old Cory MacDonald was arrested on Glacier Highway for driving while intoxicated and refusal. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Shoplifting

At 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, 36-year-old Keoko Lillian Nelson was cited and released on Vintage Boulevard for larceny.

At 7:18 p.m. on Saturday, two juveniles stole items from a business on Vintage Boulevard. They were released to their parents.

Suicidal Subject

At 4 p.m. on Saturday. a 22-year-old male requested a welfare check on a 22-year-old female.

Theft

At 1:38 p.m. on Saturday, 61-year-old Thomas M. Sanders was arrested on Willoughby Avenue on charges of theft and unlawful contact and violating conditions of release, and was taken to LCCC; 26-year-old Joseph Eide was arrested on a $50 warrant for theft and taken to LCCC; 36-year-old Chelsea Willis was arrested for theft and released.
