Arrest

At 12:24 p.m. on Wednesday, 33-year-old Cody Louis Mun-Nuk Mercure was arrested in the downtown Juneau area on three warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assault

At 9:52 a.m. on Thursday, Juneau Police Department received a report of a possible assault on Cinema Drive.

At 12:10 p.m. on Wednesday, 35-year-old Daniel Ryan Pope was arrested on Salmon Creek Lane on two warrants for failure to appear for the original charge of driving without a license. He was taken to LCCC.

Burglary

At 2:07 p.m. on Wednesday, a 54-year-old man reported a burglary at his property on Third Street.

Domestic Dispute

At 12:09 a.m. on Thursday, a 20-year-old woman was arrested in the Juneau area for domestic violence assault, unlawful contact and for violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC.

Fraud

At 2:36 p.m. on Wednesday, a 41-year-old woman reported someone opened an account in her name in the Juneau area.

Impound

At 1:32 p.m. on Wednesday, a 2001 Chevy Tahoe and a 1996 Subaru Legacy were impounded in the Juneau area. Three other vehicles were issued with intent to impound.

Sex Crime

At 4:07 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD received a confidential report of a sex crime in the Juneau area.

Suspicious Activity

At 2:32 a.m. on Thursday, a 39-year-old woman reported a suspect attempted to enter her apartment on Crow Hill Drive.
