For Saturday, Oct. 12

Assault

At 12:48 a.m. on Saturday, a 13-year-old male reported being assaulted by a 41-year-old male on Mendenhall Loop Road.

Disturbance

At 5:20 p.m. on Saturday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance on Prospect Way involving minor property damage.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 5:01 p.m. on Saturday, 43-year-old Samuel Joseph Willard Jr. was arrested on Teal Street a $100 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespass.

At 7:44 p.m. on Saturday, 62-year-old Robert Kent was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Dimond Park Loop. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Vehicle in Ditch

At 12:24 a.m. on Saturday, 54-year-old Raymond Greenhalgh was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Vanderbilt Hill Road, and additionally charged with refusal and driving while license suspended/revoked. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
