Driving While Intoxicated

At 4:33 a.m. on Saturday, 34-year-old Thomas Dicus was arrested on Seward Street for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 11:36 p.m. on Saturday, 54-year-old David Westlake was cited and released on Egan Drive for driving while intoxicated.

Theft

At 11:06 p.m. on Saturday, a man reported a shoplift at a business on Vintage Boulevard.

Warrant Arrest

At 2:37 a.m. on Saturday, 31-year-old Brian McFadden was arrested on Glacier Highway for driving while intoxicated and on a $10,000 warrant out of Colorado for failure to appear on an original count of trespassing. He was taken to LCCC.
