Assist
• At 1:04 p.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department assisted the Postal Service in the investigation of theft of mail in the 4000 block of Vintage Boulevard.
• At 4:38 p.m. Wednesday, JPD assisted with a welfare check in the Juneau area.
• At 7:28 p.m. Wednesday, JPD assisted probations with remanding a 24-year-old man in the 5500 block of Aisek Street.
Burglary
• At 12:25 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a burglary from a storage unit in the 2300 block of Jordan Avenue. Investigation continues.
• At 8:24 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a burglary in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Investigation continues.
• At 10:35 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of burglary and theft from a residence in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. Investigation continues.
Domestic violence
• At 10:38 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested a 31-year-old woman for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved.
• At 11:06 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested a 40-year-old man for breaking a car window, valued at $150, as part of a domestic violence dispute. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center for criminal mischief domestic violence.
• At 11:10 a.m. Thursday, JPD arrested a 19-year-old person for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area.
Escape
• At 4:55 a.m. Thursday, JPD arrested David Guthrie, 32, for walking away from a halfway house in the 5500 block of Aisek Street. He was taken to LCCC.
Theft
• At 3:33 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a stolen bike valued at approximately $100 in the 8500 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.
• At 9:09 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of property theft, valued at approximately $1,500, in the 4300 block of Manor Avenue.
• At 8:48 a.m. Thursday, a man reported theft of his bike valued at approximately $800.
Trespassing
• At 12:13 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of trespassing in the 2100 block of Jordan Avenue. Investigation continues.
• At 1:22 p.m. Wednesday, a 49-year-old man reported that someone trespassed at his residence in the 200 block of Third Street.
• At 2:48 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of trespassing at an apartment building in the 300 block of Front Street. Investigation continues.
Vandalism
• At 9:10 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle window in the 8600 block of Airport Boulevard. Investigation continues.
