Police calls for Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018

Assault

• At 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 100 block of Marine Way to investigate the report of a fight. Investigation continues.

• On Wednesday morning, a 33-year-old woman reported to police that at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday, she was assaulted by four unknown women outside the Sand Bar. Alcohol was a factor. JPD Lt. Krag Campbell said the woman appeared to have minor injuries. Investigation continues.

• At 10:41 a.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Third Street to continue an investigation into a possible assault from December 2017. Investigation continues.

Conditions violation

• At 9:02 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the report of a woman violating conditions of release in the Juneau area.

• At 4:45 p.m. Thursday, JPD arrested Heather Warden, 46, in the 1900 block of Allen Court for harassment and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor. Warden was taken to LCCC and additionally held on a previous court case.

Drug misconduct

• At 11:08 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 5100 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of drug possession. Investigation continues.

• At 7:43 a.m. Thursday, JPD created two cases for investigations into drug activity in the Juneau area.

Drunken driving

• At 6:01 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Billie Kanouse, 41, in the 1600 block of Renninger Street for driving under the influence and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Kanouse’s breath-alcohol content was measured at 0.384 percent. Kanouse was taken to LCCC.

Robbery

• At 1:52 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Katherine S. Milton, 48, in the 200 block of Marine Way for second-degree robbery and fourth-degree theft. Milton was taken to LCCC.

Shoplifting

• At 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, JPD cited and released Felicia Evenson, 29, in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue for criminal trespass.

Theft

• At 11:26 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report about an earlier theft on Marine Way.

• At 1:28 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 100 block of Front Street to investigate the reported theft of a phone.

• At 3:46 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 700 block of Ninth Street to investigate the reported theft of mail.

• At 6:35 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 3000 block of Clinton Drive to investigate the report of a theft. Investigation continues.

Trespassing

• At 9:46 a.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested Rooney Hasselquist, 36, in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway for criminal trespass and a warrant. Hasselquist was taken to LCCC and held on $1,500 bail.

Warrant arrest

• At 11:20 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Christopher Denzmore, 25, in the 200 block of Ferry Way for an outstanding warrant for a parole violation. Denzmore was taken to LCCC.
