Child abuse/neglect

At 11:23 a.m. on Thursday, Juneau Police Department investigated a report of possible child abuse.

Death

At 11:57 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated the death of a 73-year-old man in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. The next of kin has been notified.

At 12:22 p.m. on Wednesday, a 55-year-old man reported an altercation between himself and another man in the 2100 block of Great Western Street.

Drug activity

At 10:27 a.m. on Thursday, JPD documented the destruction of drugs in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue.

Warrant arrest

At 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 32-year-old Claudio Morato was arrested on Alaska State Troopers warrants in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road and taken to LCCC.
