Conditions violation
• At 10:54 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a 32-year-old man’s report that a 24-year-old man violated a stalking protective order in the Juneau area.
Death
• At 12:12 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 8600 block of Teal Street to investigate the death of a 35-year-old man. Investigation continues.
Domestic violence
• At 5:14 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested a 34-year-old man in the Juneau area for vehicle theft and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
• At 7:19 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested a 51-year-old man in the Juneau area for violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor. He was taken to LCCC.
• At 8:27 a.m. Thursday, JPD arrested a 38-year-old woman in the Juneau area for violating a domestic violence protective order. She was taken to LCCC.
Drug misconduct
• At 5:25 p.m. Wednesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of drug activity in the Juneau area.
Vehicle rifling
• At 9:58 a.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 8100 block of Glacier Highway to investigate a 40-year-old woman’s report that $300 in cash was taken from inside her vehicle.
Trespassing
• At 7:50 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested Barry Allan Ellsworth, 41, in the 2400 block of Industrial Boulevard for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. Ellsworth was taken to LCCC.
• At 11:17 a.m. Thursday, JPD arrested Willie James Gillen, 30, in the 200 block of Franklin Street for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor. Gillen was taken to LCCC.
