Case Created

At 10:50 p.m. on Sunday, a case was created for destruction of drug paraphernalia on Valley Boulevard.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 1:51 a.m. on Sunday, 34-year-old David Paul was arrested for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the 5th degree and remanded on probations. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 1:22 p.m. on Sunday, Juneau Police Department received a report of a vehicle knocking over two stops signs on A Street and Capital Avenue.

At 6:48 p.m. Sunday, a woman reported her vehicle was struck while parked.

Theft

At 8:26 a.m. on Sunday, a woman reported her cell phone was stolen on Allen Court.

Trespass

At 7:58 a.m. on Sunday, 54-year-old Linda Watt was arrested on two $250 warrants on Allen Court for petition to revoke probation and trespass. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
