Police calls for Sunday, March 24, 2019

Disturbance

• At 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 8700 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a 33-year-old woman who reported a 39-year-old woman harassed her.

Domestic violence

• At 4:08 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to the report of a 36-year-old man who reported a 30-year-old woman assaulted him in the Juneau area.

Drunken driving

• At 7:37 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested Stephanie Taboada Hinckle, 30, in the 3300 block of Egan Drive for driving under the influence. Hinckle was also charged with refusing to submit a breath sample. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Shoplifting

• At 7:11 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue to investigate the report of a 35-year-old man who reported someone stole merchandise from a business.

Theft

• At 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 18500 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a 27-year-old woman who reported a 28-year-old woman stole $80 from her.

Trespassing

• At 4:16 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 2200 block of Trout Street to investigate the report of trespassing. Police spoke to an intoxicated woman, and took some of her belongings into safekeeping at JPD. Alcohol was a factor.

Warrant arrest

• At 2:48 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested John Langreder, 25, on multiple warrants in the 8800 block of Egan Drive. Langreder was taken to LCCC. In the same incident, a 29-year-old man hindered prosecution by lying to officers about his whereabouts.

• At 12:01 a.m. Thursday, JPD arrested Eddy Rodriguez, 45, in the downtown area on a JPD warrant for failing to appear for arraignment. Rodriguez was taken to LCCC.

• At 8:24 a.m. Thursday, JPD arrested William Dahl, 32, in the 9000 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive on an Alaska State Troopers warrant for failing to stop at the direction of an officer, misconduct involving a controlled substance and weapons misconduct. Dahl was taken to LCCC and additionally charged with providing false information.
