Attempt to Serve

At 7:26 p.m. on Sunday, 46-year-old Jason Williams was arrested on Teal Street on a $50 warrant for failure to appear on original charges of trespassing and larceny.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 2:22 a.m. on Sunday, 33-year-old Cody Shoemaker was arrested on Shattuck Way for driving while intoxicated and refusal. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Trespassing

At 2:05 p.m. on Sunday, 41-year-old Charles Patrick Yates was arrested on Glacier Highway on two $250 warrants for failure to appear on original charges of assault, violating conditions of release and trespassing.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, a 59-year-old female reported vandalism to her black Ford SUV on Thunder Mountain Road.

Welfare Check

At 11:55 a.m. on Sunday, 26-year-old Johnnie Johnson was arrested on Riverside Drive on two $100 warrants for violating conditions of release on original charges of larceny and assault. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
