Attempt to Serve

At 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, 40-year-old Rachelle Carson was arrested on Vintage Boulevard on two no-bail warrants issued for failure to appear. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 12:46 p.m. on Sunday, 21-year-old Creadence Papa was arrested on Alpine Avenue on a $500 warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to LCCC.

At 3:27 p.m. on Sunday, 45-year-old Dionicio Charles III was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $500 warrant on a petition to revoke probation on an original charge of second-degree theft. He was taken to LCCC.

Conditions Violation

At 12:50 p.m. on Sunday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into a report of a protective order violation on Glacier Highway.

Death Investigation

At 2:03 p.m. on Sunday, JPD began an investigation into the death of a 73-year-old female. The death is not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 12:16 a.m. on Sunday, 49-year-old Harry Hewson was arrested on Glacier Highway for violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 3:04 p.m. on Sunday, 49-year-old Harry Hewson was arrested on Teal Street for violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Sex Crime

At 9:57 a.m. on Sunday, JPD created a case for information.

At 10:03 a.m. on Sunday, JPD created a case for information.

Theft

At 2:26 a.m. on Sunday, a 34-year-old female reported a 29-year-old failed to pay for services rendered. Alcohol was a factor.
