Disturbance

At 10:44 a.m. on Sunday, 44-year-old Charles Walter Milton was arrested for domestic violence assault on Franklin Street. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 10:21 a.m. on Sunday, 35-year-old Archie Lee Hunt was cited and released on Egan Drive for criminal trespassing and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

At 10:25 a.m. on Sunday, 45-year-old Garrett Derr was arrested on Teal Street on two $500 Alaska State Troopers warrants for failure to appear for a petition to revoke probation on original charges of assault and failure to appear for a readiness hearing.
