Assault

• At 2:08 a.m. on Tuesday, a 38-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic dispute

• At 12:51 p.m. on Monday, a 36-year-old man reported he was assaulted by a 36-year-old woman.

Fraud

• At 3:47 p.m. on Monday, a 67-year-old man reported a 41-year-old man signed and cashed a check without authorization on the 2700 block of Postal Way.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 5:53 p.m. on Monday, 56-year-old Nicolas Libertino was arrested for a parole violation on the 8500 block of Old Dairy Road. An investigation into a motor vehicle crash continues.

Shoplifting

• At 6:04 p.m. on Monday, a 31-year-old man reported a theft from a business on the 400 block of Whittier Street.

Theft

• At 2:37 p.m. on Monday, a 52-year-old man reported the theft of heating oil from a business on the 10000 block of Crazy Horse Drive.

• At 7:25 a.m. on Tuesday, a 43-year-old man reported a theft from the 300 block of Franklin Street.

Vandalism

• At 3:42 p.m. on Monday, a 63-year-old man reported vandalism to his camper on the 3200 block of Bresee Street.

Violating a protective order

• At 11:23 a.m. on Tuesday, a 54-year-old man was arrested for violating a domestic-violence protective order and taken to LCCC.
