Police calls for Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019

Burglary

• At 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Martin Road to investigate the report of a 37-year-old man who reported his home was broken into and multiple items were taken. Investigation continues.

Conditions violation

• At 4:12 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the report of a 31-year-old man that a 33-year-old woman violated a protective order by attempting to contact him.

Domestic violence

• At 3:17 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 25-year-old woman for domestic violence assault. Alcohol was a factor. The woman was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 1:42 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the area of Cordova Street to investigate the report of a 29-year-old woman who reported a hit and run. Investigation continues.

• At 3:31 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 1200 block of Glacier Avenue to investigate the report of a 40-year-old woman who reported an estimated $800 in damage to her vehicle after a hit and run.

Vehicle rifling

• At 1:08 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 4200 block of Mendenhall Boulevard to investigate the report of a 26-year-old man who reported a gun and other items were taken from his vehicle.
