Attempted vehicle theft

• At 9:37 a.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department received a report about the attempted theft of a rental vehicle in the 2400 block of Industrial Boulevard.

Burglary

• At 2:20 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a burglary of a business in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Investigation continues.

• At 4:23 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a burglary on Shattuck Way; investigation continues.

• At 7:56 a.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a burglary in the 900 block of Goldbelt Avenue; investigation continues.

• At 4:47 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report by a 59-year-old man in the 1900 block of Lemon Creek Road regarding a burglary.

• At 7:51 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a reported residential burglary in the 8500 block of Steep Place.

Drunken driving

• At 9:13 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Evette Jamestown, 33, in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway for driving under the influence. Her vehicle was impounded.

Sex offender registration

• At 9:18 a.m. Tuesday, JPD contacted a 53-year-old man on Egan Drive who was noncompliant with the Alaska sex offender registry.

• At 9:29 a.m. Tuesday, JPD contacted a 49-year-old man in the 300 block of Franklin Street who was noncompliant with the state sex offender registry.

Shoplifting

• At 11:02 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report that a 34-year-old man shoplifted in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway; investigation continues.

• At 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a shoplifting report in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road and cited Wade Bowen, 25, for larceny.

Theft

• At 1:32 p.m. Sunday, JPD received a report by a 35-year-old woman in the 400 block of 12th Street regarding the theft of a splitting maul valued at about $75.

• At 8:56 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report by a 40-year-old woman in the Juneau area regarding the theft of her credit card.

• At 2:34 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report that a $1,400 plasma cutter was stolen from a business in the 5200 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 7:35 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of the theft of medication in the 1000 block of Arctic Circle.

Trespassing

• At 9:33 a.m. Monday, JPD cited Donald Allen, 56, for criminal trespassing on Egan Drive.

Vehicle rifling

• At 7:08 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report by a 32-year-old woman in the 4900 block of Steelhead Street that her vehicle was rifled through, with nothing taken.

• At 7:58 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a report by a 64-year-old woman in the 200 block of Behrends Avenue that her vehicle had been rifled through, with nothing taken.

• At 10:09 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a report by a 66-year-old woman in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway that her vehicle was rifled through with nothing taken.

• At 11:33 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report by a 53-year-old woman in the 4800 block of Glacier Highway that her vehicle was rifled through; a tire pump worth an estimated $45 was taken.
