Conditions violation

• At 9:33 p.m. on Monday, 37-year-old Matthew Alexander Charles was arrested for violating conditions of release on the 200 block of Front Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Fraud

• At 8:21 a.m. on Tuesday, a 59-year-old woman reported someone tried to use a counterfeit bill at a business on the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Theft

• At 12:10 p.m. on Monday, 29-year-old Isaac Taylor Stark was cited and released for the concealment of merchandise on the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 12:56 p.m. on Monday, a 28-year-old woman reported a theft from a business on the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

• At 3:07 p.m. on Monday, a 29-year-old woman reported her 2003 VW stolen from the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.

• At 3:39 p.m. on Monday, 52-year-old James Preston Williams was cited and released for the concealment of merchandise on the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.
