Assault

At 12:14 p.m. on Monday, 54-year-old Arthur Roy Johnson was arrested for assault in the 200 block of Franklin Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Death

At 3:05 p.m. on Monday, Juneau Police Department investigated the death of a 74-year-old man on the 9200 block of Gee Street. The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Driving while intoxicated

At 2:54 a.m. on Tuesday, 56-year-old Nathan Dean Hayes was arrested for driving under the influence and two JPD warrants on the 5100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

Lost/found

At 2:56 p.m. on Monday, a wallet and fishing gear found on the 24800 block of Amalga Harbor Road were turned in for safekeeping.

Theft

At 11:11 a.m. on Tuesday, a 54-year-old woman reported a theft.

Trespassing

At 3:55 p.m. on Monday, 31-year-old Bobby Douglas Egen was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release in the 2200 block of Trout Street and taken to LCCC.
