ASSAULT

• At 3:30 p.m. on Monday, a 40-year-old woman reported she was assaulted on the 2800 block of Postal Way.

Theft

• At 1:18 p.m. on Monday, a 44-year-old woman reported a 51-year-old man stole her cellphone from her home on the 2500 block of Vista Drive. The phone was later recovered.

Traffic stop

• At 7:19 p.m. on Monday, 24-year-old Charity Berkley was cited and released for driving with a suspended license on the 8100 block of Egan Drive.

Trespassing

• At 11:55 p.m. on Monday, 33-year-old Casey Rae Muir was arrested for criminal trespass and violating her conditions of release on the 8600 block of Teal Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 9:51 a.m. on Tuesday, 32-year-old Kristopher Len Hepler Nelson was cited and released for criminal trespass on the 10000 block of Crazy Horse Drive.
