Assault

• At 9:40 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 5900 block of Lemon Street to investigate the report of a disturbance. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 10:08 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested John Kim, 53, in the 200 block of Seward Street for third-degree assault.

Disturbance

• At 4:32 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue to investigate the report of a 32-year-old Juneau woman threatening a 26-year-old Juneau man prior to a basketball game. The man was not harmed. The woman was transported from the area.

Domestic violence

• At 9:49 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 54-year-old woman for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor.

Drug misconduct

• At 12:44 p.m. Monday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into drug activity in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

Fraud

• At 12:15 p.m. Monday, JPD investigated the report of the fraudulent use of access devices.

Vehicle rifling

• At 8:17 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 9000 block of Cinema Drive to investigate the report from a woman, 33, who reported the windows on her car were broken and items were stolen from inside.
