Found property

• At 1:51 p.m. on Monday, a bicycle was found on Egan Drive and placed in safekeeping.

Theft

• At 11:16 a.m. on Tuesday, 28-year-old Stephen Dennis Sabadin was arrested for theft, trespass, violating conditions of release and an outstanding JPD warrant on the 5200 block of Commerical Boulevard and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Vandalism

• At 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, there was a report of graffiti in a parking garage on the 100 block of Main Street.
