Assault

• At 12:08 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the report of an assault in the 8900 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Investigation continues.

Criminal trespass

• At 9:42 p.m., JPD responded to the report of suspicious activity in the 8800 block of Mallard Street, with a man stealing gas from parked vehicles. Following an investigation, JPD served two people with criminal trespass notices.

Domestic violence

• At 7:55 a.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested a woman for domestic violence in the Juneau area. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held without bail.

Drunken driving

• At 10:18 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested Rachel Marie Everett, 26, for driving under the influence in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Everett later provided a breath sample that disclosed a 0.183 percent blood-alcohol content level. Everett was taken to LCCC. The vehicle was impounded.

Shoplift

• At 7:16 p.m., JPD responded to the report of an attempted theft at a business in the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard. The business owners recovered the merchandise.

Theft

• At 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the report of a theft from a resident in the 3700 block of Amalga Street. Investigation continues.

Vandalism

• At 12:19 Monday, JPD responded to the report of a caller who reported damage to their vehicle in the 500 block of Franklin Street.
