Conditions Violations
• At 4:12 p.m. on Monday, a 31-year-old was arrested for violating conditions of release and violating a protective order and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Disturbance
• At 2:48 p.m. on Sunday, 50-year-old Rodney Darren Jackson was arrested for disorderly conduct on Egan Drive and taken to LCCC.
Domestic Dispute
• At 10:10 p.m. on Sunday, a 39-year-old reported a 20-year-old male threw an object at her before leaving the area.
Theft
• At 2:32 p.m. on Sunday, 23-year-old Kristopher Lucas Tupua was arrested on an outstanding warrant, as well as criminal trespass and larceny, on the 8600 block of Teal Street. He was taken to LCCC.
• At 11:54 p.m. on Sunday, a 51-year-old male reported approximately $3,500 worth of household goods stolen on the 9100 block of Cinema Drive.
Trespassing
• At 4:25 p.m. on Monday, 64-year-old Thomas Berner was arrested for criminal trespass on the 3200 block of Hospital Drive and taken to LCCC.
• At 10:31 p.m. on Monday, 64-year-old Thomas Berner was arrested for criminal trespass and violating the conditions of release and taken to LCCC.
