Fraud

• At 9:36 p.m. on Monday, a 79-year-old man reported fraudulent use of his credit cards on the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 8:02 p.m. on Tuesday, there was a four-vehicle crash on the 2600 block of Mendenhall Loop Road involving a 32-year-old man, a 65-year-old man, a 17-year-old girl and a 34-year-old woman. The 32-year-old man was cited for failure to maintain a safe distance.

Warrant arrest

• At 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, 39-year-old Pharoah Akhenaten was arrested on an outstanding Alaska State Troopers warrant and was additionally charged with assault on a probation officer, possession of a firearm as a felon, and resisting arrest on the 5400 block of Shaune Drive.
