Assault

At 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, a 48-year-old man reported a 38-year-old woman was assaulted by a 62-year-old man in the 1200 block of Harbor Way.

At 2:12 a.m. on Saturday, Juneau Police Deparmtnet investigated a report of an assault in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was a factor.

At 4:09 p.m. on Saturday, a 25-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- assault, reckless endangerment and violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Conditions violation

At 2:43 p.m. on Thursday, 36-year-old Jeffrey Charles Garrison was cited and released for violating conditions of release in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.

At 3:21 p.m. on Friday, 36-year-old Jeffrey Charles Garrison was arrested for violating conditions of release in the 2200 block of Jordan Avenue and taken to LCCC.

At 1:40 p.m. on Saturday, a 36-year-old woman reported a 32-year-old man violated a protective order.

Death

At 4:33 a.m. on Sunday, JPD investigated the death of a 62-year-old man in the 1900 block of Allen Court. The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Driving while intoxicated

At 9:34 p.m. on Thursday, a 16-year-old boy was arrested for driving while intoxicated on the 17800 block of Glacier Highway. A 16-year-old girl was cited for minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

At 3:15 a.m. on Saturday, 27-year-old Aloese Su’a was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 4000 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 1:54 a.m. on Sunday, 22-year-old Zackery Micheal Christensen was arrested for driving under the influence on the the 110000 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

Fraud/forgery

At 12:22 p.m. on Friday, a 54-year-old woman reported a possible fraud.

Lost/found

At 12:25 p.m. on Thursday, a 39-year-old woman reported a lost firearm on the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

At 1:44 p.m. on Saturday, a firearm found on the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue was placed in safekeeping.

Motor vehicle crash

At 4:26 p.m. on Thursday, a 68-year-old woman in a 2019 Dodge was struck by a 56-year-old man in a 1995 GMC in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway.

At 4:49 p.m. on Thursday, JPD documented a scratch on city property.

Sex crime

At 4:27 p.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated a report of a sexual assault.

Shoplift

At 5:56 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a report of shoplifting from a business in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

Traffic stop

At 2:08 p.m. on Friday, 36-year-old Alexander Joseph White was cited and released for driving with revoked license, violating conditions of release and avoidance of ignition interlock device on Second Street.

At 2:11 a.m. on Saturday, 32-year-old Michael Allen Alfred was cited and released for driving without a license in the 3300 block of Douglas Highway.

At 11:32 a.m. on Saturday, 29-year-old Marcus Quinton Worthington was cited and released for driving without a license in the 6000 block of Egan Drive.

Trespassing

At 2:27 p.m. on Saturday, a 61-year-old man reported a 39-year-old man trespassed at a business in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway.

Vandalism

At 6:44 p.m. on Thursday, a 58-year-old man reported a window on his van was smashed in the past several weeks.
