Attempt to Serve

At 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, 51-year-old Dustin Jacobsen was arrested on Erin Street on a $10,000 Alaska State Troopers warrant for second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 9:37 a.m. on Tuesday, 35-year-old Kevin Joseph Jainese was arrested on Jordan Avenue on a $100 warrant for violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

At 7:38 p.m. on Tuesday, 28-year-old Wayne Nelson was arrested on a $1,000 warrant on Mendenhall Loop Road for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft. He was taken to LCCC.

Burglary

At 3:20 a.m. on Tuesday, 32-year-old male reported a burglary at a business on Anka Street.

At 2:27 p.m. on Tuesday, 29-year-old Henry Yandell was arrested on Glacier Highway for second-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree theft and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

Conditions Violation

At 11:52 a.m. on Tuesday, 50-year-old Steven Lythgoe was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for violating a domestic violence order, unlawful contact and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 1:24 p.m. on Tuesday, 35-year-old Jamie Sekona was arrested for unlawful contact on Mendenhall Loop Road. He was taken to LCCC. Domestic violence was a factor.

At 3:10 p.m. on Tuesday, a 34-year-old female reported a 41-year-old male violated a domestic violence protective order.

Found Property

At 9:28 a.m. on Tuesday, a firearm found on Emily Way was seized by the Juneau Police Department for destruction.

Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF

At 1:22 p.m. on Tuesday, a 43-year-old male reported a fraudulent account through AT&T on Alaway Avenue.

Trespassing

At 12:43 p.m. on Tuesday 33-year-old Dillon Ikaika Walter was cited and released for criminal trespassing on Glacier Highway.

Welfare Check

At 12:50 a.m. on Tuesday, 52-year-old Michael Dundas was arrested on Franklin Street on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal trespass. Alcohol was a factor.
