Assault
• At 8:59 p.m. Saturday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Allen Court to investigate the report of a man, 62, who reported an assault. Investigation continues.
• At 12:58 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Christopher Hope, 48, in the 200 block of Ferry Way for third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Alcohol was a factor.
Child abuse/neglect
• At 9:28 p.m. Friday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of harm in the Juneau area.
Conditions violation
• At 10:50 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Timothy Meachem, 30, in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive for violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor. Meachem was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Domestic violence
• At 3:50 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the the report of domestic violence that involved vandalism in the Juneau area.
• At 8:44 p.m. Friday, JPD responded a 31-year-old woman for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief domestic violence in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor.
• At 1:35 a.m. Saturday, JPD arrested a 34-year-old man in the Juneau area for domestic violence assault. Alcohol was a factor. He was taken to LCCC and held without bail.
Drug misconduct
• At 3:36 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to the 1400 block of Harbor Way to conduct a confidential investigation into drug activity.
Drunken driving
• At 2:14 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Tanner Hardy, 26, in the 3300 block of Douglas Highway for driving under the influence.
• At 12:38 a.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Pauline Guanzon, 43, in the 1500 block of Glacier Avenue for driving under the influence and failing to give immediate notice of a car crash. No injuries were reported.
• At 2:48 a.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Lucas Crane, 27, in the 100 block of Egan Drive for felony driving under the influence. He was also charged with driving with a revoked license. His blood-alcohol content was measured at .086 percent. He was taken to LCCC.
Fraud
• At 1:36 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the report of a woman, 53, in the 8900 block of Glacier Highway who reported a forgery.
Motor vehicle crash
• At 6:11 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the report of a motor vehicle crash in the 9300 block of Miner Drive. No injuries were reported.
Trespassing
• At 6:57 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the 9000 block of Douglas Highway to investigate the report of criminal trespass. Investigation continues.
• At 8:55 p.m. Saturday, JPD cited and released Richard Scott, 58, in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive for criminal trespass.
Vandalism
• At 9:09 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the 12400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road to investigate the report of a man, 35, who reported vandalism and attempted arson to his diesel tank.
Vehicle rifling
• At 5:44 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the report of a woman, 28, in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road who reported her vehicle had been rifled through and change had been stolen.
• At 9:30 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 3300 block of Park Place to investigate the report of a man, 36, who reported his unlocked vehicle had been rifled.
• At 8:34 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to the 100 block of Main Street to investigate the report of vehicle rifling. Investigation continues.
• At 11:29 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the 3000 block of Glacierwood Drive to investigate the report of a man, 58, who reported the theft of CDs, a jacket and prescription sunglasses from his unlocked vehicle.
Warrant arrest
• At 7:58 p.m. Friday, JPD arrested Brandon D. Woody, 30, in the 5500 block of Glacier Highway on an outstanding felony warrant for an outstanding parole violation. The warrant was issued two days prior to his arrest. Woody’s original charge was first-degree vehicle theft in 2016 in Yakutat.
Wildlife violation
• On June 24, Juneau-based Alaska State Troopers issued Wrangell resident Jared Gross, 31, a strict liability citation for commercial gillnetting in a closed area. Troopers found that Gross, the captain and permit-holder on the F/V New Freedom in the Lynn Canal commercial gillnet fishery, was fishing in district 11A waters, which are never open to gillnetting.

Troopers found that Heitman, the captain and permit-holder on the F/V Ocean Point in the Lynn Canal commercial gillnet fishery, was fishing in district 11A waters, which are never open to gillnetting.
