Assault

At 12:57 p.m. on Thursday, 57-year-old Roy Raymond Peters Jr. was arrested for assault in the 1900 block of Allen Court and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 8:44 p.m. on Thursday, a 50-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- assault and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Conditions violation

At 3:19 p.m. on Friday, 39-year-old Matthew Charles was arrested for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release in the 1200 block of Eighth Street and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 10 p.m. on Saturday, 36-year-old Kyle Derek Anderson Jr. was cited and released for violating conditions of release in the 8600 block of Teal Street. Alcohol was a factor.

Death

At 11:44 a.m. on Sunday, Juneau Police Department investigated the death of a 40-year-old man in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway. The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, 39-year-old John Michael Vavalis was cited and released for disorderly conduct in the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road.

Domestic dispute

At 3:33 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to a report of an altercation between a 32-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man.

Driving while intoxicated

At 11:22 a.m. on Friday, 35-year-old Justin Travis Brokken was arrested for driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and assault on an officer in the 3300 block of Riverside Drive and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Harassment

At 2:22 a.m. on Friday, JPD responded to a report of someone ringing doorbells in the 2500 block of Vista Drive.

Lost/found

At 12:43 p.m. on Thursday, an item found in the 1600 block of Glacier Highway was turned into JPD for safekeeping.

At 1:10 p.m. on Friday, an item found in the 100 block of Savikko Road was turned into JPD for safekeeping.

Motor vehicle crash

At 3:21 p.m. on Saturday, three vehicles, driven by a 47-year-old woman, a 58-year-old man, and a 70-year-old man were involved in a crash in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. One person was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for injuries.

At 10:36 a.m. on Sunday, a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old man was damaged in a single-vehicle crash in the 11500 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Shoplifting

At 1:21 p.m. on Friday, 54-year-old Lance Christian Cesar was cited and released for larceny in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.

At 2:08 p.m. on Friday, a 58-year-old man reported a shoplift from a business in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

Theft

At 5:01 p.m. on Friday, a 52-year-old man reported a theft from a business in the 9900 block of Glacier Highway.

At 8:20 p.m. on Friday, a 27-year-old man reported a theft from a business in the 5700 block of Concrete Way.

At 6:50 p.m. on Saturday, a 79-year-old woman reported the theft of medication from her residence in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.

Traffic stop

At 8:19 p.m. on Thursday, 38-year-old Curtis Loren Lane was cited and released for driving without a license on Mendenhall Mall Road.

At 8:19 p.m. on Saturday, 38-year-old William Charles Peters Jr. was cited and released for driving without a license in the 2800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road . The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Trespassing

At 12:47 p.m. on Thursday, 23-year-old Adrienne Martine Audet was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road and taken to LCCC.

At 1:11 p.m. on Thursday, JPD received a report of a 37-year-old man trespassing at Nugget Mall in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

At 3:34 p.m. on Thursday, 45-year-old Timothy Earl Ebona was cited and released for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

At 9:39 p.m. on Saturday, 54-year-old Lance Christian Cesar was cited and released for criminal trespass in the 5700 block of Concrete Way. Alcohol was a factor.
