For Tuesday, Oct. 8

Assault

At 3:19 p.m. on Tuesday, a 40-year-old female reported a 15-year-old female was assaulted on Seater Street.

Attempt to Serve

At 2:43 p.m. on Tuesday, 33-year-old Gus Nelson was arrested on Willoughby Avenue on a $100 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft

At 12:04 a.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of a sign to a business being stolen on Franklin Street.

Traffic Stop

At 11:05 a.m. on Tuesday, 32-year-old Jose Pacheco Jr. was arrested on Glacier Highway on two warrants for failure to remand on an original charge of larceny and a failure to appear for a hearing on an original charge of second-degree theft.

At 1:33 p.m. on Tuesday, 50-year-old Jereme Martuscelli was cited and released on Mendenhall Loop Road for driving while license revoked.

Trespassing

At 10:27 p.m. on Tuesday, 34-year-old Mary Norgren was arrested on Vintage Boulevard on outstanding warrants for a petition to revoke probation and trespassing. She was taken to LCCC.
