For Tuesday, Sept. 10

Disturbance

At 2:24 p.m. on Tuesday, 35-year-old Chelsea Willis was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $500 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of assault. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic Dispute

At 12:57 a.m. on Tuesday, 32-year-old Marcy Stepetin was arrested for domestic violence assault on Nowell Avenue. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Foot Patrol

At 11:09 a.m. on Tuesday, 42-year-old Nathan Nichols was arrested on Cinema Drive for trespassing, and 42-year-old Timothy Ackerman was cited and released for trespassing and violating conditions of release.

Fraud Forgery Counterfeit NSF

At 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday, a 67-year-old male reported he was defrauded out of a sum of money on Mendenhall Loop Road.

Theft

At 3:41 p.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department opened a case regarding a theft on Dimond Park Loop.
