Assault

• At 5:08 p.m. on Sunday, a 31-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 8:41 p.m. on Sunday, 50-year-old Travis Paul Foster was arrested for assault, reckless endangerment, DUI, refusal to submit for a chemical test and violating conditions of release on Montana Creek Road and taken to LCCC.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 9:25 a.m. on Monday, a 57-year-old man reported damage to a Capital Transit bus on the 200 block of Marine Way.

Shoplifting

• At 8:32 p.m. on Sunday, a 53-year-old woman reported a shoplifter on the 5700 block of Concrete Way.
