Assault
• At 9:11 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the report of an assault in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.
Motor vehicle crash
• At 5:58 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the report of a hit-and-run in the 100 block of Main Street. The suspect driver was caught soon afterward. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at less than $1,000 combined damage. Alcohol was a factor.
Theft
• At 2:54 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the report of larceny and vandalism in the 1400 block of Harbor Way.
• At 3:37 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the report of a vehicle in the 3700 block of Amalga Street. JPD located the vehicle soon afterward and learned that there was a civil agreement in place between the person using the vehicle and the registered owner of the vehicle.
Trespassing
• At 10:28 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the report of trespassing in the 1500 block of Thane Road. Investigation continues.
Vehicle rifling
• At 10:39 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the report of a woman, 25, in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway who reported a computer worth an estimated $1,500 and a backpack containing miscellaneous items worth an estimated $300 were stolen from a vehicle.
