Assault

At 2:58 p.m. on Sunday, a 56-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Juneau Police Department investigated a reported assault of a 61-year-old man in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

Conditions violation

At 3:56 p.m. on Saturday, 40-year-old Matthew Alexander Charles was arrested for violating conditions of release in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

At 12:21 a.m. on Monday, 45-year-old Craig McFarland was arrested for disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release in the 200 block of Front Street and taken to LCCC.

Disabled vehicle

At 3:51 p.m. on Sunday, a 1994 Toyota was impounded in the 11700 block of Glacier Highway.

At 8:21 a.m. on Monday, a 1997 Toyota was towed for parking in a no-parking area.

At 10:05 a.m. on Monday, a 1964 Ford bus on Second Street was impounded as a abandoned vehicle.

Disturbance

At 6:38 p.m. on Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of Franklin Street.

Domestic dispute

At 12:52 a.m. on Sunday, JPD investigated a report of an assault.

Driving while intoxicated

At 2:49 p.m. on Saturday, 36-year-old Gideon Troy Merchant was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without a valid license in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 12:04 a.m. on Sunday, 34-year-old Joshua Brooks Fortenberry was arrested for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol content of .200 in the 1300 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 12:53 p.m. on Sunday, 54-year-old Elaine Jean Austin was arrested for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol content of .311 in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive and taken to LCCC. The vehicle she was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 4:45 p.m. on Sunday, Flynn Trapp Lobaugh was arrested for driving under the influence, assault on a police officer, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and violating conditions of release in the 2500 block of Industrial Boulevard and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 11:08 p.m. on Sunday, 39-year-old Shannon Cogswell was arrested for driving under the influence in the 2400 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC.

At 12:30 a.m. on Monday, 27-year-old Ryan Joseph Olsen was arrested for driving under the influence in the 2700 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Fight

At 11:10 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a report of fighting children on Cinema Drive.

Lost/found

At 10 a.m. on Sunday, a check was turned into JPD.

Theft

At 7:32 a.m. on Monday, a 59-year-old man reported a 36-year-old woman stole multiple items from him.

At 10:41 a.m. on Monday, 41-year-old Amy Beth Morgan was arrested for vehicle theft and violating conditions of release on the 2200 block of Crow Hill Road and taken to LCCC. The vehicle was returned to its owner.

Traffic stop

At 7:18 p.m. on Saturday, 22-year-old Nathaniel Gene Hensley-Williams was cited and released for driving with a suspended license in the 300 block of Whittier Street.

At 10:19 p.m. on Sunday, 55-year-old Serapio Garcia was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Trespassing

At 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, 39-year-old Justin Wayne Ridinger was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on Egan Drive and taken to LCCC.

Warrant arrest

At 7:07 p.m. on Saturday, 26-year-old Charles-Daniel Willis II was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 5000 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

At 7:07 p.m. on Saturday, 46-year-old Adam Poprycz was arrested on an Alaska State Troopers warrant in the 5000 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

At 7:23 p.m. on Saturday, 31-year-old Trevor Ian Hansen was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 3200 block of Mendenhall Loop Road and taken to LCCC.

At 9:05 p.m. on Saturday, 44-year-old Patrick Kauwilla Kane Jr. was arrested on an AST warrant in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.
