Conditions violation
• At 11:46 a.m. Monday, Juneau Police Department responded to the report of a violation of a domestic violence protective order in the Juneau area.
Domestic violence
• At 11:59 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested a 30-year-old man for domestic violence in the Juneau area. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
• At 7:22 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the report of domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.
• At 3:01 a.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 39-year-old Juneau resident for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor. The individual was taken to LCCC.
• At 7:15 a.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 33-year-old man for a probation violation in the Juneau area. The original call was for a domestic dispute. Alcohol was a factor.
Medical call
• At 7:39 p.m. Sunday, JPD assisted Capital City Fire/Rescue in a medical call in the 100 block of Marine Way. Alcohol was a factor. Read more on Tuesday’s A1 page.
Theft
• At 3:35 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 8100 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a theft. Investigation continues.
• At 11:29 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive to investigate the theft of a Samsung tablet and several bottles of prescription. The tablet was estimated to be worth $200. Investigation continues.
• At 11:44 a.m. Monday, JPD cited and released Renee Stevens, 36, in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway for larceny and criminal trespass.
Trespassing
• At 12:10 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to Mendenhall Mall Road to investigate the report of a trespass.
• At 2:18 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 100 block of Gold Street to investigate the report of a criminal trespass on Gold Street.
• At 7:43 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Mary Bryan, 46, in the 300 block of Whittier Street for criminal trespass as well as resisting arrest. Alcohol was a factor. She was taken to LCCC.
Vandalism
• At 12:42 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 700 block of Fifth Street to investigate the reported slashing of tires in the downtown area.
Warrant arrest
• On Saturday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Juneau Post, arrested Juneau resident Joseph Schultz, 33, who had an outstanding $100 Alaska State Troopers warrant for a probation violation. Troopers found Schultz while conducting a traffic stop on a 1996 Chevrolet S10 for an equipment violation on Egan Drive near the Salmon Creek trailhead. Schultz was taken to LCCC where he was held on $100 bail.
Wildlife violation
• On Sunday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Juneau Post, cited Juneau resident Jeremy Whitmore, 37, for failing to submit a hunt report. Troopers found Whitmore did not return the harvest report to the Alaska Department of Fish &Game within the required time period stated on his RM865 permit hunt conditions. Whitmore was cited in the District Court at Tok for failure to submit harvest hunt report with a bail amount of $110.
