Burglary

• At 12:53 a.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department arrested Rooney Hasselquist for burglary in the second degree after burglarizing a business in the 1700 block of Anka Street.

• At 9:20 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of a burglary in the 8500 block of Evergreen Park Road in which a laptop had been stolen. Investigation continues.

Domestic violence

• At 4:21 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of an assault in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.

Fraud

• At 4:27 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the report of an attempted use of a fake $100 bill in the 2200 block of Trout Street. Investigation continues.

Theft

• At 1:52 p.m. Sunday, Monica Field, 35, shoplifted from a store in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. Charges were forwarded to the City Attorney’s Office.

• At 1:20 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the report of a stolen grocery bag of property from Fred Meyer. Investigation continues.

• At 3:02 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a stolen debit card in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.

• At 5:06 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a theft in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.

• At 7:28 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report of shoplifting in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 9:01 a.m. Monday, JPD received a report from a 65-year-old man that 10 gallons of gas was siphoned from his vehicle in the 1200 block of Harbor Way.

Trespassing

• At 4:20 p.m. Sunday, JPD cited and released Tyler Leatham for trespassing in the 8400 block of Thunder Mountain Road.

Vandalism

• At 2 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of vandalism at a residence in the 9100 block of James Boulevard that caused an estimated $1,000 in damage. Investigation continues.

Vehicle trespass

• At 10:47 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report from a 61-year-old woman that her vehicle door had been vandalized Friday in the 200 block of Marine Way.
