Assault

At 9:24 p.m. on Sunday, a 23-year-old man was arrested for fear assault, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Parking

At 10:16 a.m. on Monday, a 2003 Mazda was impounded for a parking violation in the 200 block of Front Street.

Sex crime

At 7:21 p.m. on Sunday, JPD investigated a report of a sexual assault.

Shoplifting

At 4:34 p.m. on Sunday, 31-year-old Matthew Thomas Douglas Martin was cited and released for concealment of merchandise in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.
