Assault
• At 4:13 a.m. Wednesday, Lorraine Paul, 43, was arrested for assault in the downtown area on Egan Drive. Alcohol was involved.
Domestic violence
• At 12:18 a.m. Wednesday, a 29-year-old was arrested for domestic violence assault, and additionally charged with criminal mischief. Alcohol was involved.
Drug activity
• At 3:25 p.m. Tuesday, confidential investigation into a report of drug activity.
Felon in possession of firearm
• At 12:27 p.m. Tuesday, investigation continues into a report of a felon in possession of a firearm. Domestic violence related.
Fire and medical
• On Tuesday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to seven EMS calls, two medical transport calls, one fire alarm on 3rd Street that was due to a system malfunction, one false call that was not a fire alarm, and a smoke complaint on Montana Creek Road. CCFR founded an unattended burn there, and tracked down the property owner.
Shoplift
• At 8:19 p.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of shoplifting in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.
Theft
• At 6:03 a.m. Wednesday, a 34-year-old woman reported a theft in the 1100 block of Slim Williams Way.
Trespassing
• At 11:48 p.m. Tuesday, Bruce C. Dotson, 58, Christopher R. Morrison, 35, and Joseph D. Yaletchko, 46, were cited and released in the 1000 block of Glacier Avenue for trespassing.
