Domestic violence

• At 1:54 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of a domestic violence assault in the Juneau area; investigation continues.

Drug activity

• At 12:51 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of drug activity in the Juneau area; investigation continues.

• At 9:25 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a report of drug activity in the Juneau area; investigation continues.

Fire and medical

• On Thursday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to 14 EMS calls in the area throughout the day. At 2:41 p.m., firefighters were dispatched to a fire alarm on Mendenhall Loop Road, but found no active alarm or sign of fire.

Sex crime

• At 2:53 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a sex crime in the Juneau area; investigation continues.

Theft

• At 12:09 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of a theft in the 3000 block of Riverside Drive; investigation continues.

Trespassing

• At 4:58 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a trespassing report in the 200 block of Marine Way.

• At 6:21 p.m. Wednesday, JPD cited River Parrish, 20, for trespassing at the downtown library.

• At 6:26 p.m. Wednesday, JPD cited Alan Lee, 31, for trespassing in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

• At 11:22 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a trespassing report in the 2000 block of Lemon Creek Road.

• At 9:36 a.m. Thursday, JPD cited Steven West, 56, for criminal trespass in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway; he also was arrested for violating his conditions of release and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Vandalism

• At 1:51 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a report from a 40-year-old woman in the 4400 block of Kanata Street that one of her car tires was slashed; investigation continues.

• At 9:55 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a report by a 29-year-old woman in the 5600 block of Douglas Highway that someone vandalized her vehicle by trying to break in through the side door; nothing had been taken.
