Assault

• At 4:33 p.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of an assault in the 200 block of Fourth Street. Investigation continues. Unknown if alcohol was involved.

• At 6:09 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated an assault in the 200 block of Fourth Street. Alcohol was involved.

Conditions violation

• At 11:16 p.m. Thursday, John Kobbe, 54, was cited for driving with a suspended license in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive and was also remanded to Lemon Creek Correctional Center on a conditions violation.

Death

• At 8:51 a.m. Friday, JPD investigated an unattended death in the 5800 block of Glacier Highway.

Failure to stop for school bus

• At 8 a.m. Friday, Joseph Michael Boden Jr., 32, was cited and released for failure to stop for a school bus with red lights flashing in the 1000 block of 10th Street.

Open lewdness

• At 1:20 p.m. Thursday, Beverley Jackson, 25, and Clarence Milton, 37, were both arrested for open lewdness in the 100 block of Main Street. Jackson was additionally charged with disorderly conduct. Both were taken to LCCC and held on bail. Alcohol was involved.

Theft

• At 1:13 p.m. Thursday, investigation continues into a “theft by deception” at Safeway.

• At 2:40 p.m. Thursday, investigation continues into the theft of sunglasses from a vehicle in the Juneau area.
