Burglary
• At 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, a business in the 8300 block of Old Dairy Road was burglarized between the hours of 3 p.m. and 7 a.m. Power cords valued at $50 and a notepad were reported stolen.
• At 9:47 a.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a burglary in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.
Criminal trespass
• At 7:41 a.m. Wednesday, Jeremiah Houston, 36, was cited and released for criminal trespass in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.
Disturbance
• At 12:46 p.m. Tuesday, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a disturbance between two inmates at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. No injuries were reported. Investigation continues.
• At 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, a 15-year-old juvenile was taken to the Johnson Youth Center for damaging approximately $200 worth of household items from a facility in the 10800 block of Black Bear Road.
Domestic violence
• At 11:41 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a domestic violence incident involving a knife. Alcohol was involved.
• At 7:07 a.m. Wednesday, a 29-year-old man was arrested for violating a long-term domestic violence protective order and was taken to LCCC.
Fraud
• At 9:01 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported the fraudulent use of her credit card on Sitka Street.
Motor vehicle crash
• At 12:56 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a damage-only motor vehicle crash in the 9000 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.
• At 2:18 p.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of a hit-and-run in the 300 block of Willoughby Avenue.
Theft
• At 11:56 a.m. Wednesday, an 85-year-old man reported the theft of two full turkeys (meat) from outside his residence in the 800 block of F Street. Estimated value was $60.
Vehicle rifling
• At 11:20 a.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a reported theft of tools from a vehicle in the 8300 block of Airport Boulevard.
