Burglary
• At 2:20 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a residential burglary in the 1000 block of D Street.
Conditions violation
• At 4:19 p.m. Monday, a 28-year-old man was arrested for violating a domestic violence protective order in the 300 block of Distin Avenue. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Criminal trespass
• At 7:20 a.m. Tuesday, Alan Lee, 30, was cited and released for criminal trespass.
Drunken driving
• At 11:24 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a welfare check in the 200 block of Marine Way for someone passed out in a running vehicle. Aaron Lynk was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test and fourth-degree weapons misconduct. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.
Fire and medical
• On Thursday, Capital City Fire/Rescue four EMS calls around town, two medical transport calls, a medical assist call on Coleman Street, a call to assist JPD with a found body near Mendenhall Loop Road and Egan Drive, a fire alarm on Egan Drive triggered by building maintenance, a false call other than a fire alarm on Whittier Street, another medical assist call on Vista Drive, and a call to University Drive that was cancelled en route.
Fraud
• At 9:46 a.m. Tuesday, a 66-year-old man reported fraudulent charges on his credit card in the Juneau area.
Indecent exposure
• At 2:04 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of indecent exposure of a 28-year-old man on Anka Street. He was highly intoxicated and his pants were falling down, exposing his genitals and buttocks to public view.
Mental health subject
• At 9:28 p.m. Monday, JPD transported a man to BRH for a voluntary mental evaluation.
Motor vehicle crash
• At 4:16 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a hit-and-run in the 200 block of Front Street. Investigation continues
Shoplifting
• At 3:05 p.m. Monday, a 14-year-old boy was caught shoplifting at a business in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway, and he was released to his parents. Criminal charges are being forwarded to the Johnson Youth Center for fourth-degree theft.
Theft
• At 2:32 p.m. Monday, a 67-year-old woman reported the theft of her tablet in the 6300 block of Glacier Highway.
• At 4:19 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of burglary in the 300 block of Distin Avenue. Investigation continues.
• At 7:49 p.m. Monday, a 32-year-old woman reported her bag was stolen in the 8400 block of Nugget Drive.
• At 7:53 p.m. Monday, a 32-year-old woman reported her black dufflebag was stolen in the 8400 block of Nugget Drive.
• At 8:11 a.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated the theft of a vehicle from the airport.
