Conditions violation

• At 12:39 p.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a reported domestic violence protection order violation.

• At 5:07 p.m. Wednesday, Kurtis DeTemple, 25, was arrested in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive on a remand by order of the probation office.

• At 2:49 a.m. Thursday, Danny Woodard, 35, was arrested in the 2900 block of Nowell Avenue for violating his conditions of probation, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.

Criminal trespassing

• At 8:16 a.m. Thursday, Alan Lee, 31, was cited and released for criminal trespassing after returning to the University of Alaska Southeast campus after previously being served a trespass letter there.

Disorderly conduct

• At 8:15 a.m. Thursday, Michael Spoon, 53, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved.

Drug activity

• At 11:54 a.m. Thursday, JPD investigated drug activity in the Juneau area.

Fraud

• At 10:17 a.m. Thursday, JPD investigated fraudulently written checks in the Juneau area.

Theft

• At 9:10 a.m. Thursday, JPD investigated a theft in the 600 block of Ninth Street.

• At 10:50 a.m. Thursday, JPD investigated the theft of firearms in the 1900 block of Davis Avenue.

• At 11:39 a.m. Thursday, JPD investigated the theft of carpet cleaner from the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.
