Child enticement

• At 4:08 p.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a report of child enticement.

Conditions violation

• At 10 a.m. Wednesday, JPD investigated a report of a violation of a protective order in the Juneau area.

Criminal mischief

• At 12:39 a.m. Wednesday, Shauna Sparks, 38, was arrested for criminal mischief in the 4000 block of Granite Drive. Alcohol was involved.

Criminal trespass

• At 8:10 p.m. Tuesday, Frank White Jr., 55, was cited and released for criminal trespassing near the downtown transit center on Egan Drive. Alcohol was involved.

• At 7:47 a.m. JPD investigated a report of trespass at the Super 8 Motel on Trout Street.

Drug activity

• At 1:29 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a report of drug activity in the 1600 block of Renninger Street.

Drunken driving

• At 1:17 a.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of drunken driving on Front Street. David Brown, 23, was arresetd for driving under the influence. He provided a breath sample of 0.213. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center to be released on his own recognizance. Alcohol was involved.

Fight

• At 9:27 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a report of a fight near the Bergmann Hotel in the 500 block of Fourth Street. Jerramy McNeil was found on the property, despite an order prohibiting him from being there. He ran from officers, but was found hiding under the deck of a residence nearby. He was arrested for violating a protective order and resisting a police officer. He was taken to LCCC and released on his own recognizance.

Shoplifting

• At 5:04 p.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of shoplifting in the 300 blcok of Vintage Boulevard.

Theft

• At 12:02 p.m. Tuesday, a 75-year-old reported the theft of tools from an unattended and unlocked garage in the 5600 block of Thane Road.
