Drug activity
• At 11:19 a.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of drug activity in the Juneau area; investigation continues.
Fire and medical
• On Tuesday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to eight EMS calls and four medical transports in the area throughout the day.
• At 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR responded to an active fire alarm on Aspen Avenue that had been triggered by burnt food.
• At 7:46 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR responded to a report of a smoking outhouse on Harbor Way; on arrival, crews found burnt toilet paper, but no fire.
• At 7:52 p.m. Tuesday, CCFR responded to an active fire alarm on Third Street, but found no sign of smoke or fire.
Theft
• At 2:44 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of the theft of gear on Egan Drive.
• At 9 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report from a 68-year-old woman in the 400 block of Franklin Street that items had been stolen from her residence.
Vandalism
• At 1:34 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report from a 28-year-old woman in the 4400 block of Chelsea Court that a window to her residence was vandalized, with damage estimated at $200.
Vehicle rifling
• At 10:46 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report from a 38-year-old woman in the Juneau area that items had been stolen from her vehicle.
