Assault

• At 2:26 p.m. Saturday, the Juneau Police Department arrested Ricardo Willard, 52, in the 100 block of Franklin Street for assault; he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on a remand.

Burglary

• At 8:04 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a report of property damage in the 2800 block of Postal Way.

Conditions violation

• At 7:23 a.m. Saturday, JPD arrested a woman in the Juneau area for unlawful contact in a domestic violence case; she was taken to LCCC and held without bail.

• At 3:15 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Shelby Kennedy, 20, in the 700 block of Willoughby Avenue for violation of conditions of release.

Counterfeit money

• At 11:51 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of found counterfeit money in the 2400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Drunken driving

• At 2:03 a.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Karlee Archuleta, 24, in the 11800 block of Glacier Highway for driving under the influence; she was taken to LCCC and then released on her own recognizance.

• At 2:48 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Margaret Elliott, 25, on Municipal Way for DWI; her vehicle was impounded.

Fight

• At 6:43 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a report of a fight in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

Fire and medical

• On Monday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to 13 EMS calls and two medical transports in the area throughout the day. At 7:11 p.m., firefighters were dispatched to a non-injury accident on Riverside Drive and Vintage Boulevard. At 7:43 p.m., they responded to a burn complaint on Kanat-A Street; they asked the property owner to extinguish the fire and follow the burn permit.

Forgery

• At 1:50 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a report of a forgery in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.

Harassment

• At 10:47 p.m. Saturday, JPD cited Angela Bell, 30, for harassment in the 200 block of Front Street.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 10:55 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of damage to a fence in the 5900 block of Churchill Way that had been caused by a vehicle.

• At 2:47 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report from a 16-year-old boy in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway that his car was struck by an unknown vehicle and sustained damage.

• At 4:11 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in the 4400 block of Riverside Drive.

• At 3:10 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a reported hit and run in the 8500 block of Forest Lane.

Noise complaint

• At 11:08 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a complaint of a person disturbing the peace in the 400 block of Franklin Street.

Trespassing

• At 10:09 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a trespassing report in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive; a woman was escorted from the property after reportedly failing to leave when asked.

• At 7:33 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a trespassing report in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.

Vandalism

• At 12:13 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report from a 64-year-old woman in the 2800 block of Postal Way that one of the tires on her vehicle was slashed.

Vehicle rifling

• At 9:56 a.m. Saturday, JPD received a report from a 63-year-old man in the 1200 block of Harbor Way that his vehicle was rifled through, but nothing was taken.

Vehicle theft

• At 4:06 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of the theft of a red Chevrolet truck from a parking lot in the Juneau area; the truck was returned later.

• At 7:22 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch in the 17900 block of Glacier Highway; it was later determined to have been stolen.

Warrant arrest

• At 2 p.m. Friday, JPD arrested George Strom, 34, on a probation warrant as well as for allegedly providing a false name; he was taken to LCCC and held without bail.
