Assault

• At 6:32 p.m. Monday, Casey Muir, 31, was arrested for assault in the 2200 block of Trout Street.

Child abuse/neglect

• At 2:37 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of child abuse. Confidential investigation.

Death

• At 3:57 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of a death in the 8500 block of Rainbow Row. For more information, see A1.

Fire

• At 9:59 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to an arson in the 3100 block of Dimond Park Loop. For more information, see A1.

Fraud

• At 3:50 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of fraudulent use of an access device. Investigation continues.

• At 7:35 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of theft from a credit card. Investigation continues.

Theft

• At 7:34 p.m. Monday, a 28-year-old man reported a theft in the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road.
