Assault
• At 12:49 a.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of an assault in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive; investigation continues.
Burglary
• At 1:13 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of the theft of an iPhone from a residence in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. JPD reported no leads or suspects.
Driving while intoxicated
• At 11:01 p.m. Monday, 53-year-old Stephen Howard was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Howard was transported to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. He was later released.
Drug activity
• At 10:36 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of drug activity in the 1400 block of Glacier Avenue.
Theft
• At 2:19 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a stolen vehilce in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. The vehicle was recovered a short time later.
• At 6:21 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a stolen wallet and jacket in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway; investigation continues.
Trespassing
• At 6:43 p.m. Monday, 24-year-old Joshua Raymond Jones was cited and released for criminal trespass in the area of Atlin Drive.
