Police are searching for the identity of a woman who vandalized an ATM on Mall Road in mid-January.

At about 12:30 a.m. Jan. 12, a woman wearing a black coat threw a rock at the ATM, causing an estimated $8,000 of damage to the machine. The Juneau Police Department has yet to identify the woman, but posted three pictures of her to its Facebook page this week.

Anybody who recognizes the woman or knows anything about the incident is asked to contact JPD Officer Steve Scherrer at 500-0753 or swscherrer@juneaupolice.com.
